BREAKING NEWS ... US 441 from Cherokee to Gatlinburg is now open. It is amazing how fast things can get done with a incentives. Great job !!

There are closures to several Forest Service roads. Tatham Gap road from Robbinsville to Andrews is closed to through traffic, but you can still ride to the summit at Joanna Bald from Robbinsville.

Watch out for gravel on many of our roads. We noted quite a bit on the mountain section of Wayah Road. The waterfall section of Moonshiner 28 west of Highlands has been repaved and is in good shape.
